At Kaunas Bus Station, we will always provide special assistance to disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility – we will help them get on or off the bus, load or unload their luggage, and escort them to the ticket offices.

Please inform the dispatcher of Kaunas bus station about your special needs at autobusustotis@kautra.lt or by phone 8 (37) 40 90 67 at least 36 hours before the time when you will need assistance and arrive at the bus station at the agreed time (not earlier than 60 minutes and not later than 30 minutes before the bus departure).
